"content": "I support and urge all Members of this Assembly to support. This being a constitutional amendment Bill is no joke. It has a very high threshold—a threshold that must be met for us to move forward. I urge all Members to take part in the whole process so that we have something that reflects the aspirations we have and protects our people on the ground. On behalf of the people I represent, I support. The impact of these funds is directly felt by the people on the ground."
