    "content": "Regulations governing management of NGAAF has a section on countywide projects. In Nakuru, we chose buying of water tanks for vulnerable schools as the countywide project. The 10,000-litre tanks we bought for some schools really helped during the Covid-19 pandemic. We support the existence of these devolved funds. If you have nothing to take to the people, then you have no reason coming to this House to represent them. I am in support of entrenching these Funds in the Constitution so that they are protected."
