    "content": "The benefits of the NG-CDF cannot be gainsaid. They have already been elaborated and explained by the Members who have spoken before me. Everybody in this country knows the benefits, effects and the impact it has created in the society. Restricting the NG-CDF to two functions was a complete mess in the first place. There are other funds or institutions doing development projects like the national Government and county governments."
