    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I know time is not on our side. However, I want to thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I want to support this legislative proposal by our colleagues, Hon. Gichimu and Hon. Mule. The NG-CDF has done a lot in our constituencies in terms of infrastructure, school buses, bursaries and chiefs’ offices. It has also impacted positively in sports and environment. So, entrenching it in the Constitution will be very good."
