The Chair can only rule that a matter is sub judice if the Chair is seized of the pleadings. Basically, that is the evidence. Where I sit, I am not seized of any document proving that this matter is active. In the absence of those pleadings, court orders or any document in this regard, I am afraid I may have to overrule your Standing Order."
