    "content": "If you read the Motion, it states “The Senate urges”. I suggest that the staff who help us draft these Motions insist that “The Senate resolves” because we cannot act in vain. We cannot discuss issues here, they go to the Executive and are never implemented. I saw it from my experience in the National Assembly, and I am beginning to see it here."
