Gichimu Githinji; and the Member for Matungulu, Hon. Stephen Mule, to make statements on their Legislative Proposal to amend the Constitution to entrench in the Constitution the National Government Constituencies Development Fund, the National Government Affirmative Action Fund, the Senate Oversight Fund, and the Economic Stimulus and Empowerment Fund; THEREAFTER, the Speaker allowed Members to make general comments on the Legislative Proposal."
