The stimulus that will go towards the minorities, women and the disabled members of our society is equally critical so that they can have access to some funding to better their living standards. In the interest of time, I support this constitutional amendment proposal and I want to request the drafters, my friend Hon. Gichimu and his counterpart to move speedily and bring it as a Bill so that it can be quickly moved through all the stages in this House within the shortest possible time to become law. The judges sitting in the high towers of courts will not have any problem with it at all. I want to finish by saying, now that the Government of the day seems to be enjoying a good rapport with our courts, I do not think we will be subjected to further scrutiny going forward as MPs and all the money that comes with such kind of funds. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker for the opportunity."
