    "content": "It was established to address the socio-economic development within the grassroots level, as well as to alleviate poverty and enhance regional equity. His Excellency the President said on the Floor of this House that NG-CDF can be aligned in the tenets of our Constitution. We are here today to discuss or deliberate on the same. I wish to commend the mass media because for the last two weeks, they have been highlighting the agony and difficulties parents of Kenya are going through due to lack of the boost of bursaries."
