    "content": "There are so many gains that have been made through use of the NG-CDF. The rate of students who are willing to learn is high. The rate of transition of students from primary schools to secondary schools is also high. Many schools have also been built with the use of the NG- CDF. Students from poor families are being retained in school because of the bursaries. We have also seen the construction of police posts which assist lot in enhancing the security network within our country. We have seen the erection of high-mast security lights within the urban and rural areas. The police staff lines are also repaired through the use of the same fund."
