    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to also contribute to this important legislative proposal. At the outset, I would like to congratulate Hon. Mule and Hon. Gichimu for coming up with it. It will become a Bill very soon and hopefully change the Constitution, so that we can properly anchor NG-CDF and National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NG-AAF) into the Constitution. This will deal with the court cases that we have been having because NG-CDF is not properly anchored in the Constitution.
