    "content": "The NG-CDF has enabled us to have classrooms and pay school fees for poor children. I look forward to the passage of this legislative proposal and the subsequent steps that will ensure that we anchor NG-CDF in the Constitution. In most constituencies, 74 per cent of NG- CDF money goes to schools. This is something that needs to be encouraged because when children are well educated, we get good citizens who can develop our country."
