    "content": "With regard to the matter of providing funds to the Senate to be able to check on what is going on in constituencies and counties, I would like to agree with the Member for Kisumu that this should not only concern the Senate but Parliament. We should not only consider a fund for Senate but Parliament. Members of National Assembly are not part of NG-CDF constituency committees. They should have an opportunity to oversee the fund."
