Every time we are in the House or out there, we get calls from our constituents asking about the fate of the NG-CDF. If given the opportunity, we can bring all people from Bonchari as evidence that the NG-CDF must stay. I dare say it is the same for every constituency. We can have all Kenyans coming to prove the point that the NG-CDF has to stay. Therefore, we must find the right house for it. If it is in the Constitution, so be it. I know that the proposal suggests that it be housed under Article 204, and that is the right place because that is where we have the Equalisation Fund. In terms of putting the subject matters together, then that is the right place. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I support. Thank you very much."
