    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, lastly, this Constitution Amendment Proposal is not in vain. The two Hon. Members have used Article 1 of the Constitution where, through the duly elected representatives, the Members can move a constitutional amendment. Secondly, Article 94 (5) clearly states that nothing can be done by anyone in this country if it has not been approved by the National Assembly or Parliament of Kenya. For that reason, I support this amendment."
