    "content": "It is good that we have brought the Senate and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) on board. The reason being that all these funds will get to the lowest levels in our country. NG-CDF is the only fund that gets to the grassroots. That is even more important than a devolution fund where much of it is misappropriated."
