    "content": "Looking at the schools and colleges which NG-CDF has built, you cannot imagine somebody else can do that. I am saying this because I am one of those people who were rated as having utilised or overseen the use of NG-CDF in my constituency. When you look at the number of schools my constituency committee did from 2013 to now, we grew from nine to 42 secondary schools, fully equipped with everything. Then somebody tells us we need to strike NG-CDF out and yet, those schools would never have existed."
