They are waiting for us to help them with bursaries so that their children can go back to school. Let us not delay payment of NG-CDF because we are doing this or that. NG-CDF has not been illegalised by any court. The court said no to CDF and not NG- CDF. If NG-CDF is there, let us immediately, use it to pay bursaries for students. If it was in my power, it would have been released this week. I know that tomorrow is Friday, which is impossible to do so by tomorrow."
