    "content": "Members, I know that everyone wants to speak; and all of us came here the time we did. I do not want pressure to skip anybody; I do not want to be approached on the issue of skipping. I will not skip anybody. I will follow what is here. The only thing I can advise is that if you can avoid being repetitive, and consider fellow Members who have been with us since 2:30 p.m. and speak for four to five minutes, all of us will speak. If you, however, read and repeat the notes that you have, few will have an opportunity to speak. We now have a balance of 65 minutes to debate. If each Member who stands takes five minutes each, I can assure you that you will all speak before you leave this House. The next Speaker is Hon. Parashina Sakimba of Kajiado South."
