    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute on this legislative proposal to amend the Constitution. From the outset, I support it. The NG-CDF plays a very critical role in this country as far as development is concerned within our constituencies. Through it, we have most of the improvement in our schools, chiefs’ camps, police posts and even paying school fees for our students. This legislative proposal will help a lot of our constituents. That is why we, as legislators, must stand with our two feet and fight for this fund."
