The reason Members are talking about turning up when the day to vote comes is that the most important thing is raising a list of 233 Members on the day of voting. I will give you an example. I moved a Bill to change the election date, and every Member supported it when we were having tea. Every time the Bill came up for debate, every Member said it was good, but on the day of voting, some Members were not here, and we lost the Bill three times. So, everybody should turn up on the day of voting for this proposal. If you do not, as much as you love the NG-CDF, it dies. The next chance goes to Hon. Dick Maungu followed by Hon. Robert Basil."
