    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, on the issue of the amendment of the Constitution, I support it. Whenever we go back to the counties, we are met with many parents. My county office is flocked by people waiting to see if Members can support their needy children who cannot afford school fees. This Bill is timely and we are going to give it full support so that the monies can be disbursed and our people get bursaries. Funds will be made available to women who are waiting to do business. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I submit by supporting the proposal to amend the Constitution. Thank you."
