    "content": "As I conclude, on the issue of the Senate Oversight Fund, Articles 95 and 96 of the Constitution bestows on Parliament the mandate to oversee the National Government and the county governments. This particular amendment gives the impression that it is only the Senate which has been given the mandate to oversee. So, where do Members of the National Assembly get resources to oversee? That is probably an area that the sponsors of the Bill will need to look at."
