    "content": "The hunger situation in our country today is one area in which we would be having a different story if the NG-CDF was functional. We should be able to extend support to families that are sleeping hungry. I am sure that if the Members sitting in this House today have not received calls from their constituencies, they will do so before the end of the day. These will be calls from families that need support to feed themselves a single meal this evening after having slept hungry for many days."
