    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Minister says these samples were found to be contaminated after they were released from Proctor and Allan. I have a letter here from Kenya Bureau of Standards whereby the first paragraph shows where the samples were picked. Some samples were picked from the field when these products were released. Others were picked from the source. This letter reads as follows:- “Enclosed, please, find a laboratory test report for samples of Unimix drawn from Proctor and Allan by our officer, Agnes Githinji, on 25th August.” These were picked. That has never been in dispute. It is something which Proctor and Allan has accepted. So, is the Minister in order to mislead the House while Proctor and Allan are not objecting to the facts?"
