    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Gazette Notice No.8791 of 27th July, 2022, will go down in history as the worst Gazette Notice to ever be signed by a public officer. I say this because of two reasons. First, there has been a serious discussion across the country on the fate and welfare of Early Childhood Education (ECD) teachers. Some were recruited from as early as 2013 and are still earning as little as Kshs7,000 a month in some counties."
