    "content": "Let me wind up because I know many colleagues want to comment of this. Secondly, the Committee on Delegated Legislation must come out strongly. I propose that they work with the Committee on Finance and Budget; and recommend the removal of the SRC Chairperson for gross violation of the Constitution and disbandment of the Commission. We appreciate that the economy is not doing any better. However, how can the Chairperson give herself Kshs10 million for car grant and Kshs40 million for mortgage; and tell us that the economy is doing badly? These issues must be dealt with.
