We need to have more off takers. Secondly, we need to encourage more mini grids in the country. I have heard many people complaining that Transmara Sugar Company releases bagasse into the river. I know there is an investor who is willing to put US$ 50 million. As a country, we can build a mini power station, so that when the sugar company produces electricity, it can be transmitted to the grid, which can help in reducing the cost of power.
