    "content": "The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) basically uses the three adjustment indices or variables to look at energy prices. They use fuel, forex and inflation. This fuel surcharge, which is the biggest variable in energy issues, has skyrocketed the highest in the last month. We have seen a historic 6.7 point seven rise in the cost of surcharge because these issues have been left to the market forces."
