    "content": "My heart bleeds each time there is the mention of faulty transformers. In Homa Bay County where I come from, three quarters of the transformers are faulty. It is unfortunate that they were supplied and taken to schools under the Last Mile Connectivity Programme. It is a pity that three quarters of them are inactive. This has rendered our schools and the public facilities on which they were built, dark."
