    "content": "I remember when he was an Assistant Minister in the 10th Parliament, I was a backbencher. When I became an Assistant Minister, he became a backbencher. When Jubilee won elections in 2013, Hon. Duale became the Leader of the Majority Party. My documents then, were literally thrown out of my office, the then Office of the Assistant Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister. When the handshake came, I thought we were going to work together with him as the Leader of Majority Party and I, as the Leader of the Minority Party. Again, it did not take long before his star started going down while mine had risen. He is now becoming a Cabinet Secretary when I thought I was going to be the one while he remained in this House."
