    "content": "Public participation needs to be undertaken so that those teachers who are willing to take up the transfers can be delocalised. The delocalisation policy has also affected the communities because some teachers are from different communities and localities and when they are transferred to other places, gelling with others becomes a problem. With those remarks, I support the Motion so that the current policy of delocalisation should be considered in a proper manner."
