Members, my attention has been drawn to Standing Order 97 (2) and (3), which say: “97 (2) A motion for limitation of debate under this Standing Order may be made without notice; and, (3) A motion under paragraph (2) shall not be made in the course of the debate to which it refers unless it is moved after the adjournment of such debate and before the debate is resumed.”. It can only be made at the beginning of a debate. That would have been possible at the beginning of the debate. I presume that this debate is going to continue tomorrow. Am I right or today is the last day?"
