    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for this opportunity. I will take it up from most Members to vouch for Hon. Malonza. I think it is not fair to subject her to criteria which is not subjected to the rest of the nominees. She should be approved by this House as the nominee for Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage. Looking at the Report, and the questions that were asked to some of the nominees, I noted that Hon. Duale was asked perhaps one of the most awkward questions. That is whether he will be conflicted in performing his role as a Cabinet Secretary for Defence in case of insurgency of Al Shabaab . I do not know why that specific question was raised to Hon. Duale. It subjected him to try to prove that he is Kenyan and a Somali by tribe. That was a very awkward question. The question in paragraph 229 to Hon. Mutua, the nominee for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, was a good one, especially on the plight of Kenyan migrants and workers."
