I wish to give an opportunity to the Member for Chepalungu, Hon. Victor Koech, to move his amendment. I request him to make it short. I hope he already has a Seconder in tow so that this process moves smoothly. That way, we will be able to debate the Motion as amended, if at all it will be amended. Hon. Victor Koech."
