    "content": "As a Member of the Cabinet, I am not there as a woman CS, but as a CS. However, I want the women of Kenya to take note that the time has come for us to step up, take our positions and take advantage of the leadership that we have at this opportune moment. Currently, our Government is opening up all the spaces necessary for women to take charge of the destiny of Kenya. Since my seat here was on an affirmative action position, where I was holding brief for the women of Kenya, I want to believe that my colleagues here who are nominated Senators will take their space bravely and courageously."
