"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to thank my colleague, Sen. Soipan, whom we served together as Women Representatives. She is also my neighbour whom I have known for some time. Sen. Soipan’s father is the area Member of Parliament (MP) for Narok South Constituency where I was born. We have interacted several times. Sen. Soipan is brilliant, polite and hardworking. I know there are many challenges in the environment docket that she is going to head, ranging from drought, soil erosion and infrastructure. However, with her input, this country will change. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I do not want to say much, but I know my colleagues who have been nominated are up to the task and we wish them all the best. I know the country is set to have a new outlook."
