    "content": " Thank you, Hon Speaker. Allow me to thank Hon. Elsie for coming up with a very good Motion. It is good to also remember that right now we are having drought in different parts of this country. We have students who are not going to school because of problems in matters of food security. I stand to support the Motion because some of us come from constituencies where some students cannot attend school. I come from Njoro Constituency, where students in some wards cannot attend school due to lack of food. Therefore, I support the Motion because if we ensure that there is a feeding programme in schools, we will also emphasise on a healthy diet."
