The allegation did not arise yesterday and it has been in the public domain as claimed by the Minority Leader. There is judicial notice that there is an allegation that she has been accused. Hon. Wandayi should be stopped from claiming that she is not fit yet she is serving in the PSC as a Commissioner courtesy of Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
