    "content": "threshold they want. This is important and I propose going forward we insist that nominees give actual proof of the wealth they are declaring. I am also happy we have democratic rights even in Committees. We have the right for the Majority to have their way while the Minority have their say. That is the reason why we have a Minority Report attached to this Report. Many of the nominees had very glaring issues. I can say as I questioned some of them, I would have recommended that almost 20 of them should not be appointed. However, because of the give and take discussions and when put to task I was unable to clearly indicate why. That is how we ended up singling out only three. As I talk about those three, I want to first start with the appointment of the Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary, whom we have agreed to approve his appointment. That position is one we had a lot of questions about. As a Committee we agreed at the end, we shall establish a legislative framework to elaborate the roles. The real reason why we want to do this, is to ensure there is no conflict in this Cabinet. One of the reasons why there is conflict many times is when people are given roles that are not clear or seem similar to other individual’s roles. We will end up having a problem where people do not know where their work starts and ends. This happened in the grand Coalition Government because the Vice-President and Prime Minister…."
