    "content": "It is, therefore, important that these issues are settled timeously and properly under Article 188 of the Constitution which provides that Parliament may set up a commission that may recommend alteration of a county boundary. To that end, I wish to recommend that this matter be referred to the relevant House Committee to intervene and make recommendations on how best to resolve the issue of the boundary disputes between counties, including reintroduction of the County Boundaries Bill. That is why I brought this Statement pursuant to Standing Order No. 52 (1) of this House, In the meantime, the Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Cheruiyot, should keep off Sondu Town."
