    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I join my colleagues in airing my views about the matter of the former councillors. Like Sen. (Dr.) Oburu said, it is definite that most of them are dead. We are talking about a few who are still there. Some of them who were young then could be 50 or 60 years old. The sooner we have them get the money, the sooner we will help them to deal with their health issues. I can only imagine their frail health and poor living conditions, which I am sure are pathetic. Moving with speed will help some of them who were younger then. They also have children. You can imagine the plight of their children; how they went to school and all that.
