    "content": "County Government cannot even take 30 per cent of their sharable revenue and put it into the drought prevention measures. Mr. Speakerr, Sir, I beseech my colleagues here and the national Government, that it is about time we moved in action to save Kenyans from this ravaging drought. That is the only time we will justify earning salaries that are paid by those poor people who struggle to buy a kilogramme of sugar. They pay taxes yet we here, spend millions of shillings wearing very expensive clothes and do not care about them. I hope somebody out there will listen."
