    "content": "We must be honest that no one has acted upon the recommendations that CPAIC has made. We have recommendations. The EACC Liaison officer sits in CPAIC, but no one has implemented the recommendations. Therefore, Kenyans should not accuse the Senate of being complacent in fighting corruption.
