    "content": "The reason why the NG-CDF worked so well is because where there would be a school or a project, the villagers would own the project and be the first ones to oversight. Similarly, we should request the same from Kenyans. They should assist the Senate in oversight. We get information from the people working with the counties at the grassroots level as Senators. If that information is equipped, then it makes our work easy when dealing with these particular committees and in ensure there is accountability."
