    "content": "We have to make sure that individuals implied in our reports are dealt with. The moment we pass recommendations which come to the Floor of the House, those recommendations have to be implemented by the relevant authorities like the DCI or the EACC. If that happens, we will improve Kenya and make devolution a reality. We are already seeing results of devolution. Devolution has worked to a certain extent. We are not yet where we should be, but I believe through this House and the two committees, devolution will succeed and improve the lives of Kenyans."
