    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Motion on the three Committees as stipulated by law. I want to take this opportunity to thank this Senate, the leadership of Kenya Kwanza and the rest of the leadership of the other side, for nominating these Senators to these committees. We believe and trust them. We know that they will make a difference to devolution. I know very well that we are here to provide oversight to our counites, even to the national Government and such committees are required to take up this responsibility and role to make sure that we see the light at the end of the tunnel."
