    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I know that my dear sister is fond of me. However, is it in order for her to mislead the House that I named only male governors who refused to appear before this House? As a Member of the CPAIC, as it was called then, we had two distinguished female governors who refused to appear. It is on record that one of them from the Eastern part of this country was penalized. We asked her to pay a fine of Kshs500,000, which she did. I wanted to ask whether the distinguished Senator is in order to mislead this House. I do not remember giving names of individual governors who failed to appear. I think she was referring to another Senator, but not the distinguished Senator for Narok."
