    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, the three committees are mainly tasked with the oversight role in this House. I was privileged to serve in the County Public Accounts and Investments Committee (CPAIC) in the first two years of our tenure in the Senate. That was from 2017 to 2020. I had the opportunity to also chair the Committee on Delegated Legislation of the Senate from 2020 until the end of our term in June this year. From my experience, most of the issues brought before the Senate by the auditors, especially affecting the second-term governors were minor such as failure to do bank reconciliations, unsurrendered imprest and others that are mundane."
