    "content": "Rule 9 of the Houses of Parliament for Joint Sittings, as I said, establishes the Joint Committee by way of a Motion which we have just tabled. It consists of membership from both Houses. This list that we are approving here is that of the National Assembly. The other House will also have its list. That is why we have designated Hon. Wanjiku Muhia who is not only a ranking Member of the House but she is also an immediate former Member of EALA. So, she is very well-versed with the affairs of EALA and the provisions of the EAC Treaty, and what needs to be done."
